Our Favorite Surfing Sites And Resources

Looking for the best places to get surf reports, gear, and information?  This is our own personal compilation of sites and resources that we have hand picked.  These are sites we use ourselves and recommend highly!  If you have any suggestions or additions to this list, write a comment below!

Surf Gear

SeshDay – SeshDay is an awesome site that sells discounted gear of all kinds – wetsuits, clothes, watches, boards, and more.  What’s even better is that they frequently have huge sales where you can take a discount on their already discounted merch.  I get wetsuits here very often as they are massively discounted (however they are sometimes the previous season’s gear).

Amazon Amazon has been slowly improving their selection of surf gear thanks to the ability of third party surf shops and suppliers to list merch.  Since so many people either have Amazon Prime accounts or simply trust the retailer, it’s a great option for surf gear and hard to find items. – this is a great site that stocks most wetsuit brands.  They have been around for a long long time and are a trusted resource for buying wetsuits online. – if you want to get a current season wetsuit or other gear and avoid state sales tax (often pretty high), you can shop from Seaside Surf Shop located in Oregon.

Surf Forecasts, Reports, And Cams – this is my go-to.  They have the best forecasting in the business.  Even the free reports are decent and they have the best cams.  Depending on where you live, this is our top choice. – a perennial favorite of surfers around the world.  Has more forecast spots for free than Surfline, although they don’t have as many cams and other bells and whistles.

Surf News And Publications – a surf news site that often has the most up to date surf news out there.  They also post interesting editorials and videos – more pointed and opinionated news and editorials, with some interesting insights.  Occasionally politically incorrect – Surfer magazine’s website.  Updated with photos, stories, and new videos.  Has an active forum community with some great as well as off-color posts.

Monster Children – A print mag that encompasses surf, skate, music and art.  One of my favorites.

Travel – awesome site with the most properties worldwide listed.  Start your search for your next surf trip here.
